That's my Maternal Grandmother in the center - Nona James
I’ve provided a swag of feedback and testimonials, samples and information about the services Kelly Cat Copy provides, but there are many other topics of interest you might like to know about. Some of these are linked with my own hobbies and curiosities and some emerged from passing fancies and exposure to topics I might never have discovered, if it weren’t for my clients and the variety of content I’ve written for them.
Here are some other topics you might consider:

Having completed the 1000 hour Herbal immersion Program through the Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine, the knowledge and experience I’ve garnered over the two and a half years it took to complete the program is quite substantial, including:
I could go on and on, since the course taught me so much more than herbalism and medicine making. This leads me to the next section on Magical Herbalism and the Pagan lifestyle.
Magical Herbalism and the Pagan Lifestyle

I’ve been a Hedgewitch for a long time, which means to say that I am a solitary Pagan practitioner interested in herbalism and the creation of herbal products. Along with my Chestnut course, my herbal studies have always included the folklore of plants and the mythological symbolism that goes with it.
Regarding Kelly Cat Copy’s services, writing about being Pagan and related material, such as: rituals, spells and crafts is only the tip of the iceberg. I am currently planning my herbal business, which will include my experience as a hedgewitch, so the material I will create for my website will only be a sampling of what I can produce.

Ok, there’s a zillion food writers, blogs, vlogs, podcasts, books and shows about food saturating the media. What’s funny about food is that we never get sick of it and only want more, much like porn! (Pardon me – if you’re easily offended!)
For me, the focus has always been on eating healthy whole foods and minimizing sugar and carbs, so an avid interest in Keto cooking and sourcing locally grown, organic, Non-GMO and fair-trade ingredients has informed the blog posts and content I’ve written. Now, that doesn’t mean that I don’t have a fondness for naughty food. With a love of cheese and spicy foods (like my Pa) as well as a passion for offering baked goodies to my husband and friends from time to time, I have a healthy skill-set to create content across a wide variety of topics related to food, such as:
Delving into content about specific foods and ingredients is my jam, especially when it comes to thyroid issues, diabetes and women over 50.

Coming from a family of movie buffs, I have a strong love for movies, especially ones that are unique or tell a different story, as well as documentaries. Read my review of Withnail and I. Other reviews on my author website include:
I Smile Back
Having written about movies, actors and directors, I have amassed substantial knowledge about the industry and how society is altered by information expressed through this media. Here’s a sampling of some of my favorite movies, which might give you an insight into my personality:
Whether it’s reviews, articles, blog posts or lists about movies, I can help with your content needs.
Women’s Issues and Psychology
Alas, I do not have a Psychology degree, but I do have decades worth of experience related to the human condition, considering the fact that I was a Case Manager, Career Coach and Personal Advisor who dealt with communities both here in the U.S. and Australia.
I have also been a Union Delegate and Occupational Health and Safety officer, assisting many members, colleagues and managers with negotiations, meetings and newsletters.
Being a woman myself and constantly sharing knowledge about healthy lifestyles, spirituality and healing has helped hone my knowledge and perceptions about food, the environment, society, psychology and how these elements interplay. Topics that I have written about and can write about include:
Again, I could go on and on, but if you have anything in mind or want to know more, contact me.

I’m not a big fan of splatter movies and I prefer my horror to be of the supernatural variety, but it’s all about context. To begin with, I like my scares to be unexpected and not formulaic. Whether in the written format or in a movie, I like horror to creep me out and get me on the edge of my seat, rather than rearing back in disgust when blood spills out everywhere.
That said, I do love The Shining, where the blood comes gushing out of the hotel like a tidal wave. But there’s the difference: abstract versus personal. When a victim is slashed, hacked, tortured or shot, it’s too easily relatable – for someone like me, who is squeamish at the best of times.
I’m proud to say that one of my horror stories, written for a client, received a comment from someone who likened my writing to Stephen King – which was a huge joy when I found out. I can write short stories, screenplays or full novels, if you’re interested in my ghostwriting services. Topics could include:

Shocking announcement: I’m not a comedienne. I don’t have the guts to get up on a stage but I have often held court and told some hilarious stories and jokes, along with monkeying around with family and friends.
I have written about women in comedy – read it here.
I am a huge fan of comedy and enjoy shows such as Real Time with Bill Maher, SNL and the Baroness Von Sketch Show, along with Aussie shows from the past: Big Girl’s Blouse, Full Frontal, Fast forward etc. I love Sarah Silverman, Bill Hicks, Amy Schumer, Tina Fey, Jim Gaffigan, Sebastian Maniscalco, Tom Papa and many more.
I also love British humor and absurd comedy, like The Mighty Boosh, Monty Python and Blackadder. I have written comedy for people and a friend and I are thinking about setting up a podcast, featuring silly anecdotes, ridiculous radio plays and nutty banter.
See below for the script I’m working on to give you an idea about how I write radio plays.
My sense of humor borders on nonsense and absurdities, but I can write comedy about almost anything in different styles and formats. If you’d like to reach out and discuss a proposal or project, let me know.
There are so many things to write about in this world so feel free to contact me, even if your project is left of center, unconventional or controversial. From Thank You letters to personalized erotica, Kelly Cat Copy can help. Let’s see what happens!

This post is to illustrate how I can extrapolate data from a simple image to create a variety of different
materials. Of course, when working with clients, I adhere to a set of guidelines for each piece of work,
such as keywords, outlines, word count, target audience etc.
Here I will show how I would use this picture as inspiration - without instructions and creating my own
keywords etc. For me - this is for fun - but for you - it might help showcase my skills and give
you an idea on how my mind grapples with concepts as well as my creativity!

2. Making changes before it's too late
There are many things to consider when it comes to ensuring a happy retirement and one of the bigger considerations is your home. Maybe you have a large house that was necessary when you were raising your family, but if there will be only one or two of you when the time comes, downsizing could be necessary for a variety of reasons, like mobility, budgeting, cleaning and so on.
Having a lot of stuff can weigh you down, especially if your collecting is more like hoarding. Have regular yard sales to get rid of items that either don't serve a purpose or don't have any special meaning. You'll have extra money and space, with a peace of mind that money can't buy. The Violet Sky
I came here to escape my crowded thoughts.
They’re bustling and shouldering their way around my mind,
fighting for the limelight I refuse to release.
Here and now, under the violet sky, I am shrouded in stillness.
Even the clouds don’t dare to move.
They are frozen like the leaves on the lone tree,
which stands watch over the calm sea like a gatekeeper.
Not even a leaf stirs in this silence – this stillness.
My mind is forced into submission,
until the violet sky releases its hold on time and space.
I am at one with the Universe.
Welcome to Violet Sky!
A place where dreamers and artists can share and collaborate.
We offer a space without judgment or prejudice,
So that you can freely express yourself among like-minded people.
Dive into the Violet Sky!
I could go on and on, but hopefully you get my point!
